Clare graduated in 1991 from The Queen’s College, Glasgow. She has undergone courses in orthopaedic medicine, myofascial release techniques and muscle imbalance. She has completed significant training in the use of health behaviour change and motivational interviewing strategies.

Having worked in Ayrshire for a few years, Clare then moved to Michigan, USA to work in a Rheumatology and Pain Clinic. On returning to the UK, she moved to Edinburgh to take up a senior Physiotherapy role in Lothian Chronic Pain Service. She has worked for the NHS in different capacities, in various locations and clinics since. Currently, Clare is focused on helping people with musculoskeletal issues. Her therapy is based on a holistic approach incorporating manual therapy techniques with self management strategies and exercise prescription.
